I visited the quiet and serene town of Lake Geneva. The town was named after Geneva in Switzerland and it is located by Geneva Lake, a pristine body of water surrounded by beautiful mansions and greenery. I spent my time observing the locals and tourists sunbathing, swimming, and boating. The town had a distinct charm with its Victorian houses, markets, and boutiques. I also visited the historic Black Point Estate and Gardens, which is a fantastic example of Queen Anne architecture. The estate is over 100 years old and has an interesting history. I compared Lake Geneva to other coastal towns I have visited and this one felt peaceful yet lively.
