I ventured deep into the Caves of Nerja and was dazzled by the stunning formations of stalactites and stalagmites. The history of the caves was also fascinating - they were formed over millions of years and were used as a shelter by prehistoric humans. The natural acoustics of the caves make it a popular venue for concerts and events. I compared the beauty of these underground wonders with other natural formations I have observed on my journey.
