I arrived at Delicate Arch before sunrise. The sight of the arch with the orange glow of sunrise in the background was breathtaking. Made of Entrada Sandstone that is 65-210 million years old, the arch stands at 64 feet tall. The surrounding landscape is equally fascinating. The Landscape Arch, Double Arch, and the North and South Windows are also worth a visit. The park is home to several wildlife species including bighorn sheep, peregrine falcons, golden eagles and many more. The park also has over 2,000 natural stone arches formed by years of weathering. It is a must-visit place for any visitor to Utah.
